2. Online Store Terms

3. Products and Services
MZANSI GLOW sells electronic goods and accessories, including silicone night lights (our "iGlow Gadgets").
• Product Accuracy: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
• Warranties: All electronic products are covered by our Limited 30-Day Warranty which covers manufacturing defects, as detailed in our Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy.
• Service Limitations: We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
4. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty Policy
Our policy governs all aspects of returns and refunds for our electronic products. By placing an order, you agree to these specific terms.
• 7-Day General Returns: You may return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective/Damaged Items: You must report items damaged or defective upon arrival within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photo/video evidence for a full refund or replacement.
• 30-Day Limited Warranty: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in the electronic components (lights, charging ports) of our gadgets for 30 days from the date of delivery. Damage due to misuse (dropping, water exposure, incorrect charging) is not covered.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
• All content on this site, including the MZANSI GLOW name, the iGlow Gadgets slogan, the logo (the futuristic lion), images, product text, and graphics, is the property of MZANSI GLOW and protected by copyright laws.
• You are granted a limited license to access and make personal use of this site but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it.
7. Governing Law and Contact Information
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
