Shipping & Delivery Policy. At MZANSI GLOW, we are thrilled to bring you the coolest tech and the squishiest night lights! We are committed to getting your iGLOW GADGETS to you quickly and reliably throughout South Africa.
1. Processing Times
• Order Verification & Preparation: All orders are typically processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Custom/Pre-Order Items: If your order includes a pre-order item, the estimated dispatch time will be clearly stated on the product page.
2. Delivery Estimates (Once Dispatched)
We partner with reliable South African couriers to ensure efficient delivery across the country.

⚠️ Please Note: These are estimated times. While we work hard to meet them, factors outside of our control (such as national holidays, unexpected courier delays, or bad weather) may occasionally affect delivery times.

3. Shipping Costs
We offer straightforward, transparent shipping options:
• Free Shipping: Available for all orders over R450.00.
• Standard Flat Rate: A fixed rate of R100.00 applies to all orders under R450.00.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been processed and collected by the courier, you will receive an email notification with your unique tracking number and a link to the courier's tracking portal. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. Delivery Attempts
• Our couriers will attempt delivery to the address provided. If no one is available, they will typically try to contact you or attempt delivery again the following day.
• After multiple failed attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In this case, re-delivery will incur a secondary shipping fee.
